Fibre
All activations include a GPON CPE unit required to complete the Fibre connection on a GPON Fibre Network and a Wi-Fi Router. All equipment installed remains the property of Infinity with the exception of the pre-paid packages.
Public IPv4 addresses are not included by default as the world has run out of IPv4 addresses, subsequently, these do come at an additional cost should you desire to have your own dedicated public IP4V address. IPv6 address however are assigned by default.
Contracts are address specific, if you move to another address, complex, or estate in which we have reticulated Fibre your connection can be relocated to the new address. Should the address you move to not have our Fibre then you do have the option of moving over to a wireless link provided that there is line of sight at the new address.
No, we do not shape any connection or protocols.
The premium packages have no fair usage policy and a 1:1 contention ratio.
The lite packages have a fair usage policy.

Wireless
All activations include a Wireless CPE unit required to complete the Wireless connection on a WISP Network and a Wi-Fi Router. All equipment installed remains the property of Infinity with the exception of the Premium Wireless Packages.
Public IP addresses are not included by default as the world has run out of IPv4 addresses, subsequently, these do come at a cost should you desire to have your own dedicated public IP. If you don’t know what this is, then there is an extremely high probability that you will never need one.
All contracts are address specific owing to clear line of sight to one of our existing towers, if you relocate to another address we will conduct a site survey to determine if the new address does have clear line of sight to another tower in the area.

The routers supplied with the installation have a Wi-Fi coverage range of roughly 30sq.m. Should you require additional Wi-Fi range within your premises, please discuss this with us.
No, we do not shape any connection or protocols.
We install a small 5Ghz fixed wireless station outside your premises which designates a data stream to your home directly from our base stations. A Wi-Fi wireless router is then installed inside the premises to provide a secure connection for all your computers, laptops, mobile phones, tablets and gaming devices.
