This trojan horse virus allows an attacker to access the infected device (Pc, Tablet, Mobile) via a backdoor to extract and download your personal information and files.

  1. Our core network team has blocked the default port this trojan uses to exchange information at core level. Meaning information cannot be exchanged to the destination that trojan has programmed in.
  2. We recommend you keep all your devices up to date with the latest operating system, keep a proper anti-virus/anti-malware software suite installed on your devices, avoid dangerous websites and dangerous downloads from unknown sources.

  1. As our core team has now blocked that trojan horse from accessing your connection, it may affect other services. Should you experience an issue with a specific service please do let us know.
  2. Where your device is infected and access the internet still whether it be over mobile data or Wi-Fi at work or a friend's house etc, your device will remain vulnerable and susceptible until you completely remove the virus. It is only on our network that it is blocked by default.
